Pricing
Image Creators Salon and Spa has a wide range of services to accommodate all of our guests’ needs. In our Salon area we work within a European Level System which measures client satisfaction, service provider demand and years of dedication. This level system allows us to introduce our “New Talent” while offering others an opportunity for advancement within their field. Additional charges for length and thickness apply. All services will be priced on consultation.
All prices are subject to change.
Salon prices may vary on length and thickness of hair.
All chemical hair services are a la carte and do not include a style or haircut.
Additional charge for multicolor highlighting.
Special day, time, and travel appointments can be arranged for bridal and special occasion services for an additional 15% surcharge fee.
Payment Types
We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, Check Debit Cards, Travelers Checks, and Personal Checks with proper identification. Return checks are subject to a fee. Minimum credit card charge applied.
Minimum Age for Salon
We gladly service children. We ask that children not receiving a service remain in our waiting area supervised by an adult for their safety and comfort of other clients.
Minimum Age for Spa
Our Spa is an adult oriented atmosphere. In order to insure your comfort and the comfort of other guests, children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the Spa unless a treatment or service is being provided for the child and an adult accompanies the child.
Appointments/Scheduling
Please arrive prior to your scheduled appointment time. Should you arrive late, your service or treatment may be shortened to allow our specialist to be on time for their next appointment. However, the full appointment time will be charged.
Please notify Salon and Spa at least 48 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. Image Creators cannot foresee cancelled appointments due to inclement weather, employee sickness, emergency, etc. We will do everything possible to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.
Cancellation Policy
Groups and Multiple Services totaling $150 or more need to be held with a credit card. All services held with a credit card are under a 48 hour cancellation/no show policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule please allow 48 hours notice, otherwise the full amount of the services will be charged to the credit card holding the services.
Gift Cards
Image Creators’ Gift Cards are available for purchase in any dollar amount. Please contact a member of our Guest Relations Team for suggestions or help with Spa Packages or scheduling a Spa Day for someone special.
Image Creators is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. All Gift Cards sales are final. Valid for one (1) year from date of purchase. May be used towards services or products. May not be used for gratuity, redeemed for cash, or used to purchase another Gift Card. Donated gift certificates cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards. Must be present to be redeemed.

Quality Service Policy
Salon and Spa services are guaranteed 100%. Image Creators guarantees all chemical hair services for a two-week period provided professional products were advised and used. Please notify us within the two weeks of your visit. No cash or credit card refunds on services will be given.
Product Exchange Policy
We will gladly exchange any hair, skin, nail or body retail items within 30 days of purchase for retail credit. No cash or credit card refunds will be given. Retail credit can be used toward retail items only. All boutique, make-up, hairpieces, brushes and discounted sales are final. If you have any questions please see a member of our Guest Relations Team.
Protocols
For a stress free and relaxing visit in our Salon and Spa, please turn off all cell phones and pagers.
Shirt and shoes must be worn in Salon and Spa. When walking through Salon or Spa watch your step and use caution. Be aware of any objects on the floor.
Image Creators will not be responsible for any clothing damaged during a chemical service. We strongly advise changing into a chemical gown provided for you in our changing rooms.
Smoking is not permitted in the Salon or Spa.
Image Creators reserves the right to refuse any service or treatment due to misconduct or inappropriate behavior and language.
Clients under the age of 18 receiving services must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Promotions
Unless otherwise indicated, all promotions are valid through September 2018. Offers may not be used for prior purchases, sale price items, or combined with any other coupon, offer, sale, or discount. Offer may not be used to purchase Gift Cards. Additional costs will incur for upgrades to any service. Combination package offers valid only for explicitly-mentioned package services, on same day, same appointment, and with same guest. Only one discount per customer, per day is valid. Limited stock on hand. Image Creators Salon and Spa, Inc. reserves the right to modify these rules and expiration dates at any time.
